The village of Davydiv Brid was on the front line from mid-March to early October 2022. It was under occupation, but the Ukrainian army did not stop trying to liberate this settlement. During the occupation, the Russian military looted the village. According to local residents, the Russians took out everything: electronics, tools, cars, bicycles, dishes, icons, and even pillows and blankets. The Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated Davyd Brid on October 4, 2022. But even after the de-occupation, the village suffers from the shelling: the Russians are constantly shelling it with artillery, mortars, and S-300 systems.
