Cultural and Sports Complex "Contemporary"

On the night of November 5-6, 2022, the Cultural and Sports Complex "Contemporary" was destroyed as a result of Russian missile shelling of the city of Huliaipole. For 35 years, the complex was a center of culture, leisure, and sports for the community. It united a centralized club system, a centralized library system, a children's art school, and a children's and youth sports school. 14 amateur associations and clubs worked in "Contemporary". Every year, the Center's employees held about 300 cultural and mass events.
