Tomato factory

The plant for the production of paste and tomato powder, built in Snihurivka in 2018, was one of the best in its category in Ukraine and Europe. 1.3 billion hryvnias were invested in the plant, and a significant part of the products was exported to EU countries. During the occupation of Snihurivka, the Russian military turned the tomato plant into their base. The enterprise suffered a lot: the Russians destroyed the production workshops and the infrastructure of the plant, stole the products, and during the departure from Snigurivka, they mined the territory of the plant. It took sappers 2 months to clear the mines.
