On February 26, a Russian missile hit a high-rise residential building in the Solomensky district of the city, near the International Airport "Kyiv" (Zhuliany). Four floors were destroyed, from the 18th to the 21st.

Residents of the house organized the disassembly of the rubble and installed retaining structures, as well as raised half a million hryvnias for reconstruction.

After examining the house utility service workers determined that the destroyed floors will have to be dismantled and rebuilt.
